Please keep in mind, do not put ice directly to the skin. It can create inflammation on the skin.

Massage is another simple and effective natural treatment for foot or heel pain. whilst it isn't a protracted term treatment, it take steps for quick relief from foot pain. Massage will also loosen up the muscle and relief the pressure, shrink the stiffness and enhance blood circulation.

Apply the therapeutic massage on your painful foot or heel any time of the day, and it is advised specially before going for a run, after exercise and earlier than going to bed. You can use any type of oil for messaging, such as coconut oil, olive oil, sesame or mustard oil. 

1. Warm any of your chosen oil
